Preventative Maintenance...
A proactive weekly or monthly maintenace schedule can greatly improve the stability and reliability of your network.
To offer the best possible service, we will do a site survey of all of your equipment, and tailor a PM plan to suit your business.
PM include but are not limited to;
Checking and maintaining backups of fileservers
Checking the disk space on all machines
Installation of Windows service packs
Checking antivirus software is up to date and working
Review event logs on servers
Clients who take a weekly PM plan get 24 hour access to engineers by phone, 7 days per week without additional costs. (Engineers called onsite will charge at PM schedule rate)
